We are not a reseller with a logo. We build our own products, run our own infrastructure and take responsibility when things break.
A small team with a lot of years behind it

Between us, we have spent decades building things end to end - shared hosting fleets, ERP suites, streaming platforms, call-centre floors with fifty agents dialling at once. The kind of work where you learn quickly that the interesting part is never the code.
The pattern kept repeating. A business would buy software that did not match how they worked, from a vendor who disappeared after the invoice cleared, hosted somewhere nobody could explain. When it broke, there was no one to call.
Pabitra IT Hub exists to be the one to call. We build the software, we run the server, we install the phones and cameras, and we pick up when you ring. All of it from West Bengal - because good engineering does not require a Bangalore address, and Bengal costs mean enterprise work at prices Indian SMBs can actually pay.
There is no account manager between you and the people doing the work. Every project gets the whole team's experience, not just whoever happened to answer the enquiry - and the people who build your system are the ones who support it.
Our sister brand, Server Bhaiya, is a Hindi YouTube channel teaching hosting and server administration to people who were never given a straight answer by their hosting provider.
