Hosting and domains

New shared and reseller hosting plans carry a money-back guarantee for the first 30 days, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. VPS and dedicated servers carry a 7-day money-back window from provision, since they are provisioned on dedicated hardware. After the window, hosting fees are not refundable and the service continues until the paid period ends.

Domain registrations are not refundable once registered: domain registry fees are paid on your behalf at the moment of registration. Free domains included with a plan revert to us or to the registry rules if you cancel.

Development projects

Custom development is billed in milestones against a written scope. If you cancel before work begins, we refund everything except any cost already paid to third parties. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed and delivered up to that point; completed and accepted milestones are not refundable. You still own whatever was delivered and paid for.

AccoliX licences

Annual AccoliX licences are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the software has not been meaningfully used. Installation, configuration, customisation and training done for you are services already performed and are not refundable once started.

Training

Training seats are refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the batch starts. After the batch starts, refunds are replaced by a transfer of your seat to a later batch or to another person, at no cost.

How to claim

To request a refund, email contact@pabitraithub.com from the address on your account within the applicable window, with your invoice number. We confirm eligible refunds within 7 working days and return them to the original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel a hosting service at any time from your client-area account or by contacting us. Cancelling means the service stays up until the end of the paid period and is then terminated; we do not auto-renew after a cancellation. Export your data before the cancellation takes effect.
