Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to every account we host or operate. It exists to keep our network, mail reputation and shared infrastructure working and lawful for everyone, and to comply with Indian law and our own upstream providers. Violating it may lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
Prohibited content
You may not host or transmit:
- content that is unlawful in India, including material that incites violence or hatred;
- phishing pages, credential-harvesting sites, or content pretending to be another service;
- malware, exploits, cryptocurrency miners or software designed to attack other systems;
- pirated media, licence keys, or products you are not authorised to distribute;
- sexually explicit material involving minors, or any material we are legally obliged to remove;
- content for gambling, betting or regulated activities where you hold no licence.
An automated team reviews reported material and preserves evidence for lawful requests.
Email and messaging
Outbound email from our servers must be solicited or clearly consented to. Bulk mail without proof of opt-in, purchased lists, and list-bombing are prohibited. We may apply standard sending limits and reputation checks across all accounts - including yours - because a single spammer hurts every mailbox on the network.
Resource usage
Shared accounts must stay within the resources of the plan purchased. Continuous high CPU, RAM, disk or bandwidth that degrades neighbours is not permitted; we may suspend such usage until it is brought under control. VPS and dedicated customers are responsible for the traffic and processing their servers generate, including against third parties.
Security and access
You may not probe, scan or test systems that are not yours without written permission, attempt to bypass access controls, or use our network to attack others. If you operate a server, keep it patched against known vulnerabilities.
Enforcement
Where we believe this policy is breached, we will tell you and ask you to fix it - except where the breach is serious or the law requires swift action, in which case we may suspend immediately and discuss afterwards. Repeat or deliberate breaches lead to termination without refund.
Reporting abuse
Found a site hosted by us that looks abusive or illegal, or received spam from our range? Report it to contact@pabitraithub.com with the target URL, the time, and any headers or screenshots. We investigate every report.
