Development questions
Do I own the source code?
Yes. On final payment the code and the database are yours, handed over with documentation. We do not hold your business hostage with a licence.
How do you charge - fixed price or hourly?
Fixed price against a written scope for most projects, so you know the number before we start. Hourly retainers are available for ongoing work.
What if I want changes halfway through?
Small adjustments are normal and we absorb them. Anything that genuinely changes the scope gets quoted separately before we do it, so there is never a surprise invoice.
Will you maintain it after launch?
Yes. Most clients take an annual support contract covering bug fixes, security updates, backups and a bucket of change hours.
Can you work with my existing developer or team?
Often yes - we do code reviews, take over stalled projects and build specific modules alongside in-house teams.
