OTT streaming platform on AWS
Problem
A media client needed to launch a subscription video service but had no infrastructure, no transcoding pipeline and no way to stop paying subscribers sharing one login.
Solution
We built the platform on AWS with automated transcoding to multiple bitrates, adaptive streaming, CDN delivery, subscription billing and device-limit enforcement.

AccoliX ERP suite
Problem
Indian SMBs were paying for ERP licences they barely used, while still doing GST billing and stock counts in spreadsheets.
Solution
We built an ERP covering billing, inventory, accounts, purchase and reporting - light enough to run on shared hosting and simple enough for a shop owner to use unaided.

Multi-vendor commerce platform
Problem
The client wanted a marketplace where independent sellers could list and ship their own products, but off-the-shelf plugins could not handle their commission and payout rules.
Solution
A custom multi-vendor system with seller onboarding and KYC, per-category commissions, order splitting across vendors, settlement reports and automated payouts.

A sales team wanted yesterday's numbers without opening a laptop, and field staff kept forgetting to log calls.
Solution
We built a CRM with an Alexa skill on top: managers ask for pipeline and daily figures by voice, and reps log call outcomes hands-free while driving.

Call centre and business telephony
Problem
Outbound agents were dialling manually and losing most of each hour to ringing and busy tones, while office desks ran on separate landlines that could not transfer calls.
Solution
A 50-seat VICIdial predictive dialling floor with agent and supervisor dashboards, plus an IP PBX serving 28 IP phones with a toll-free inbound number, IVR menus, queues and call recording - all over SIP trunks.

TP-Link Omada Wi-Fi across a 3-floor corporate office
Problem
A corporate office spread over three floors had patchy Wi-Fi, dead zones between floors, connections dropping as staff moved around, and an ageing network that could not keep up with day-to-day traffic.
Solution
A centrally managed TP-Link Omada network: access points placed floor by floor for full coverage and seamless roaming, separate networks for staff and guests, and one controller to monitor and manage everything. The backbone was upgraded to gigabit switching throughout.

NAS file storage for a corporate office
Problem
Company files lived on individual laptops, USB drives and email attachments. Nobody was sure which copy was current, access could not be controlled, and a single failed laptop could mean lost work.
Solution
A central NAS on the office network: shared folders per team, user accounts with permissions so people see only what they should, secure remote access for staff working away from the office, and scheduled backups of the business data.

An oil-sector client could not see what was happening at their pumps until paper readings arrived days later, making shrinkage and reconciliation nearly impossible to catch.
Solution
We connected pump and tank telemetry to a live dashboard showing dispensing, tank levels, shift reconciliation and exception alerts, with automated daily reporting.
