Information we collect

When you enquire through our website we ask for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business name and a summary of what you need. That is the full set. We do not ask for or store payment card numbers anywhere on this site - card details are handled entirely by the payment gateway at checkout.

When you visit, our web server keeps routine access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to diagnose faults. Analytics tags are only loaded once a GA4 or Meta pixel id is configured in the site settings; until then no third-party analytics request is made.

How we use your information

We use the details from an enquiry for one purpose only: to answer it. That may include calling or messaging you about the service you asked about, and later sending the invoice and support updates if you become a customer.

If you purchase a service, we use your details to deliver it - provision your hosting account, log support tickets, send renewal reminders and file your GST invoice. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

Our site sets a minimal set of cookies needed to work: a session cookie for form security, and a preference cookie for your theme and language choice. These are essential to the site functioning and do not track you across other websites.

If Google Analytics or Meta Pixel are later enabled in configuration, those tools use their own cookies and their privacy policies apply to that data. You can generally opt out through your browser settings or the tools' own controls.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the processors needed to deliver the service: our hosting and mail infrastructure (which stores the leads we receive), the payment gateway, and - where you have asked for a call-centre or ERP setup - the engineers working on your project. We never put your details on mailing lists without your permission.

Your hosted data (websites, mailboxes, databases) is never leased, shared or used for any purpose beyond running the service you purchased for the person who purchased it.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to your requirement if you return. Customer records and invoices are kept as long as Indian tax law requires us to. Server logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will act on it within a reasonable time, subject to legal obligations to keep certain records.
